Top Chef champ Kevin Sbraga has had a very successful first year in business at his namesake restaurant, and he's preparing to launch a brand new Chef's Counter dinner series starting on August 6. Sbraga will personally cook the six course dinners and interact with the diners at his Chef's Counter, which will set you back $75. An optional wine pairing will be available for $50. Sbraga will have two Chef's Counter seatings each night, at 6 and 8:30 p.m.
The first tasting menu will be his winning dishes from the final of Top Chef season 7, and will be available from August 6 until August 25. Starting August 27, the menu will change weekly. Reservations are suggested, and in reality, probably required.
