Justin Rosenberg is opening his fast-casual stir fry and salad concept,Honeygrow, on Thursday, June 7. Eater popped into a staff training session to check out the beautiful space, which was designed and constructed by DAS Architects. The architecture and floorplan was inspired by David Chang's Momofuku, and features a dramatic front bar with touchscreen ordering systems, lots of chrome, brushed metal, and yellow pine.

The menu is loaded with high-end ingredients, sauces, and finishes, which were consulted on by Shola Olunloyo, who is helping Rosenberg train the staff. Rosenberg designed the concept to be as hands-off as possible, with credit card readers who recognize you and save previous orders into a profile that can be accessed for later visits. While customers can build custom orders, there is also a menu of completed dishes that can be ordered, as well.
