The always-sexy Top Chef Angelo Sosa is cooking at fellow-cheftestapant Kevin Sbraga's eponymous restaurant this Friday, July 13th. Celebrating the release of his book, Flavor Exposed: 100 Global Recipes from Sweet to Salty, Earthy to Spicy, Sosa will be cooking alongside his pal Sbraga, showcasing dishes from his shiny new tome.
There are still a few spots left for the 5-course dinner, which will set you back $100 (which includes an autographed copy of Sosa's book). Reservations can be made by calling the restaurant at 215-735-1913, and they start at 5.p.m.
