The Cheu Noodlebar boys are back. Ben Puchowitz and Shawn Darragh are hosting their 4th pop-up on August 5 from 5:30-9 p.m. at Mémé Restaurant. Reservations are not open yet, but this time around, they're adding a snack section, canned beers and sake. As for the noodles, there will be a ramen, a cold noodle dish, and two they're still deciding upon. More info tomorrow. [EaterWire]
