Even though it's only August, the Brauhaus Schmitz crew is getting stuff together for the impending Oktoberfest (September 29) celebration, including a special VIP package. Before you roll your eyes, that VIP package includes exclusive access to no-line restrooms inside the restaurant as opposed to fighting for a smelly spot in line at the port-a-potty.
"We're going to keep the Brauer Bund open only for the VIP ticketholders, and it will mean no waiting for beers, food, and most importantly, bathrooms," owner Doug Hager told Eater. "We will have a few exclusive beers in there, and passed cold appetizers that are free, too."
For $100, VIPs will get 6 tickets (each ticket gets you either food or beer), and be allowed to hang out in the brand new extension at Brauhaus, and most importantly, have no wait for a private bathroom. For those people interested, you can email Marci Prester at brauhausevents@gmail.com.
