Tomorrow is the ribbon-cutting for Anne Frey's long-in-coming 1 Tippling Place. Located at 2006 Chestnut Street, Frey is going for a Mad Men vibe with "fairly-priced cocktails." Originally, the place looked to be a cougar den, but Frey is looking for a crowd of all ages. Food will be simple and straightforward, and the drink menu will be stacked with classic cocktails and some of their own creation.
