Longtime Jose Garces lieutenant MacGregor Mann just completed an 8 month stagiere working with René Redzepi in the kitchen of Noma in Denmark. Noma was named the Best Restaurant in the World for the third time in a row in 2012, and is famous for only cooking what is right nearby, and what is only in season. Some say Redzepi's style highlights concerns about global food culture, but in reality, the guy is just super-talented with a great palate.
