A guy ran up a $90 tab at Old City bar Bierstube, eating, drinking, and buying drinks for other patrons. He then ducked out on the bill, but left something very valuable behind: a Nikon D800 digital camera worth almost $3,000. Owner Mike Naessens locked the camera in the safe, and when the gentleman returned, told the guy to pay the tab or wait for the po-po. Naessens said the guy returned "with his daddy and the money." The moral of the story? If you're going to be a thug, make sure you take your valuables with you. [The Insider]
