PYT Launches Chick-Phil-Gay Sandwich

New, 1 comment

It was only a matter of time before someone cashed in on the other side of the Chick-Fil-A standoff. Well, it happened, and to no one's surprise, that someone is PYT's Tommy Up, a long-time supporter of the LGBT movement.

Up, who is truly the Don King of Novelty Sandwiches, is selling a fried chicken sandwich at his restaurant called the Chick-Phil-Gay. The components of Up's new sandwich should be quite familiar to fast food fans (and teamed up with equally familiar waffle fries), but this one "comes with 100% less hatred."

After a quick search of the interwebs, another webby chef popped up putting together a Chick-Fil-Gay sandwich back in June, but Up's looks way better. A quick FYI, though, to Up, and everyone else making a protest sandwich: The secret step in the process that makes Chick-Fil-A's sandwich so damn good isn't hatred so much as it's the pressure fryer they cook the birds in. So, get one of those.
