A graphic designer from Voorhees, NJ, is suing Yuengling Brewery for using an Oktoberfest label design he was never paid for. Adam D'Addario worked with the local beer-maker for two decades as a freelance artist, and was recently replaced by in-house talent. Current Yuengling King, Dick, Jr., ignored a year's worth of pay requests from D'Addario, while his label design was busy being slapped on $14 million worth of beer. Pay up, guys. [The Morning Call]
