Chef Andrew Brown, most recently the top dog in the kitchen of Opa, is headed to the Field House to take over their executive chef gig. They're re-opening on September 7 with a brand new theme and concept. The Insider is reporting that the menu will feature lots of local favorites like scrapple, Taylor Pork Roll, and the ubiquitous cheesesteak. Andy Farrell is taking over as beer steward, and will be responsible for the 40 taps on the premises. [The Insider]
