The long-awaited BYOB from Chris Kearse, Will, is opening to the public on August 24. The reservation line, which can be reached at 215-271-7683, is opening tomorrow for those who want to make sure they get in early.
Will, which is taking over the space at 1911 East Passyunk Avenue, is focusing on modern French-inspired cuisine from Kearse, who made a name for himself in the kitchen at Pumpkin.
There will be no corkage fee at Will, which is open from Tuesday through Sunday for dinner, and brunch on Sunday. Kearse will put together a 4-course tasting menu every Sunday, too, for $40.
