Ralph's, the oldest Italian restaurant in the country, is expanding to the wilds of King of Prussia. When the Sheraton Valley Forge cuts the ribbon on September 27, the main attractions of the hotel will be the opening of Ralph's. The restaurant will be open for lunch and dinner, from 11 a.m. until 11 p.m. daily.

The menu will be full of American Italian classics that have filled the menu for five generations, with a few new school options thrown in for good measure. Some of the recipes Ralph's is breaking out are over 100 years old, and have been un-messed with since their debut.
