Local chef Christina Wilson was the big winner last night on the finale of Hell's Kitchen. Wilson, who spent time learning her craft at Marcie Turney's Lolita before taking over the kitchen at Evan Turney's Mercato, left her post at Mercato awhile back to focus on "other opportunities." Well, it's pretty obvious what those opportunities are now, as the winner of Hell's Kitchen gets a $250,000 salary for helming the kitchen at shouty chef Gordon Ramsay's namesake restaurant at the Paris Las Vegas.

Fellow Philadelphian Barbie Marshall got pretty close to making the final an all-Philly affair, but ended up getting the boot after landing in the final four.
