Looks like that Royal Izakaya project from Stephen Simons is about two months out on S. 2nd Street. You may remember that the address was announced in early Spring, but nothing has been said since that time. Grub Street is reporting that Todd Dae Kulper is still on the project, and that construction is currently underway. Looks like there will be bowls of warming ramen just in time for the chilly winter air. [Grub Philly]
