Here's A Look At The Fette Sau Shotgun Shack

Here's a look at Stephen Starr's upcoming Brooklyn BBQ transplant, Fette Sau, which is opening next door to Frankford Hall at 1208 Frankford Avenue. Quite different from the skeleton pic we posted awhile back. Looks like it's getting really close to completion, and on track for that mid-October opening that's been promised.

In other barbecue news, Bubba's Texas BBQ, which is setting up shop just around the corner at 19 W. Girard Avenue, had a group of folks milling about this past weekend. Eater hears that it was a dry run for the establishment, and that we'll all be eating there the first week of October.
