The illustrious culinary rag Food & Wine has put together a dining/drinking guide to Philly, and it's filled with the usual suspects. Props are given to Garces, Starr, Vetri, and Mike Solo. But, nowhere in the piece is a thumbs up for our true culinary attraction, the sandwich. The original Jim's Steaks in West Philly was name-dropped, which is nice, but where is John's or DiNic's?
