Eli Kulp Overhauls Fork; Pub & Kitchen Buying Meme?

OLD CITY — Eli Kulp has taken over the reins at Fork in Old City, and is already making some serious changes. Looks like they are encouraging dining alone, and offering some stuff that the adventurous eating types will love. [Foobooz]

RITTENHOUSE — The Pub & Kitchen crew may be moving into the recently closed Mémé space on Spruce Street. They had another place in the works on Kater Street that fell through, and this could be the solution to the problem of where that project would end up. MORE OLD CITY — If you've got a million dollars sitting around, you can buy Triumph Brewing Co. in OC. Seriously though, it's a great brew system, and a pretty space, so this could become a good flagship spot for one of the many Philly labels that make us oh so proud. [The Insider]
