A Sonic Drive-In is re-opening in Port Richmond soon, making Center City fans excited as the burger chain inches closer to downtown Philly with each new outpost. After teasing the viewing public with entertaining commercials for years, Sonic finally opened the first local joint in Bensalem in the summer of 2008. Hopefully, it'll hang around for a little longer than last time.

In addition to giving the food blog community something to get excited about, Sonic also provides those people who believe rollerskating should be part of their career a chance to live out their dreams. In addition to the Port Richmond store, Sonic has announced that Audobon, NJ, is getting their own outpost within the same time frame.
