The 10th and Reed Acme is starting to ticket wayward automobiles that use the lot while people hit the bars along the very busy East Passyunk Ave. The good news is that after 10 p.m., the lot is still OK for overnight drunk parkers, but you best move your wheels before 7 a.m. or you'll get an $85 ticket.
