Northeast Philly's cult-favorite cheesesteak shop, Steve's Prince of Steaks, is expanding into Center City at the former Krispy Kreme location. Steve's version of Philly's iconic sandwich is easily one of the city's best, and now has a chance to be a breakout hit.
