The food truck scene is exploding in Philly, and another one is on the way from Michael Falcone, owner of Funky Lil' Kitchen. The focus of the new truck —called Heart—will be just like FLK, which means a dedication to sustainability, organic ingredients, all of which coming from local growers. The launch is set for sometime in Spring, and will be part of the Philly landscape, so fans of FLK won't have to trek all the way out to Pottstown.
Sadly, though, the new business will require Falcone's complete attention, which means FLK is up for sale as of right now. The business and the real estate will set you back $289,900 in total, but can be had for $125,000, if the lease on the building is picked up for $1,700 a month.
