Philly's most polarizing cocktail joint, Hop Sing Laundromat, has graduated from local accolades and moved into the national spotlight with a mention in Details magazine. HSL was name-dropped on the 2012 Best New Bars in America list, along with mysterious owner Lêe, who is praised for promoting a vibe of "aristocratic exclusivity." That's a new one.
