The long-awaited arrival of Valley Shepherd Creamery is happening tomorrow at the Reading Terminal Market, bringing their amazing cheese from North Jersey to the droves of cheese-obsessed Philadelphians. Inky critic Craig LaBan is their biggest supporter, and profiled their goods way back in May, as well as announcing their imminent arrival at the RTM.

But, blocks of cheese aren't the only stars making their debut tomorrow, as Valley Shepherd also boasts MeltKraft, a grilled cheese griddle that features the very best VS has to offer. Chef Rebecca Foxman has put together a menu of amazing-sounding sandwiches with toppings like duck fat, bacon fat, truffle oil, chicken, bacon, and tomato if you're looking for a serving of vegetables.
