The local Shiprock Pop-Up showed up on Serious Eats today, with some beautiful pics of the Navajo frybread tacos that will be coming out of the kitchen at 12 Steps Down on January 21. Marcos Espinoza is running the show using his mom's restaurant recipe (who will be in the kitchen that night), alongside Lucio Palazzo of La Calaca Feliz who is whipping up the classic chicken ropa viejo, and mutton stew.
