Bill "El Wingador" Simmons will not be participating in this year's Wing Bowl, Philly's annual gluttonous game of wing-eating overindulgence. This is the first time in 15 years that Simmons will not be part of the celebration, as he awaits trial on charges of cocaine distribution that occurred in June of 2012.
