It looks like the popular happy hour spot Misconduct Tavern is expanding their footprint quite a bit. In fact, they're almost doubling in size in terms of seating (to 80), and the front of the building will have windows replacing doors that are there right now. Construction is supposedly going to be done by time baseball comes around. [Naked Philly]
