A Beer Garden for Chestnut Street?

The former owner of Finn McCool's, Teddy Sourias, is working on getting together a Beer Garden that's going to open up on Chestnut Street at the former Mitchell & Ness location. The Philly Real Estate Blog was able to snap a pic through a dusty window showing some serious progress within the walls.

They're shooting for legit German food and German brews to compete with Frankford Hall, and the King of them All, Brauhaus Schmitz. But, it'll take quite a lot of work to hit those high notes, but we'll all see in a month when the space is supposedly opening.
