The P.O.P.E. is holding its 5th Annual Chili Cook-Off today, which is one of the highlights of the winter season. Entrance to the event is just $5 and gets you all the chili tastings you can handle. Every year there are some pretty amazing entrants, some of whom compete on the professional circuit.
