winespiritlittlepic.jpgGovernor Tom Corbett's new plan for selling off all of the wine and spirits stores will raise about $1 billion for the public school system in Pennsylvania. In addition to the public schools getting a boost, under the new system, beer distributors will be legally allowed to sell hard liquor and wine. While the plan seems to be good for everyone involved, we've seen great PLCB ideas shot down around every turn before. [Grub Philly]
