City Paper scribe Adam Erace finally got to experience the polarizing Chinatown cocktail mecca, Hop Sing Laundromat. Erace admitted to Eater that he was drinking the haterade long before he crossed the threshold of Hop Sing, but puts himself in the category of converts that are now fans of the place. Erace said that HSL's proprietor, Lêe, is one hell of a host, and quite possibly psychic. [City Paper]
