It's official, the new Pub & Kitchen project moving into the Mémé space will be called Fitler Dining Room. Robert Marzinsky will be running the kitchen as Executive Chef, and will be putting together a menu full of American bistro dishes that will be influenced by seasonality.
Diners can expect classics like Butter Poached Caraquette Oysters, Porcini Poached Chicken Breast, and Potato Gnocchi with Burgundy snails. Of course the bar program will be integral to the experience, just like at Pub & Kitchen, which boasts a serious selection of craft beers and boutique wines. No word yet on when they'll be opening up shop, but as soon as we know, you'll know.
