Adam Platt, illustrious restaurant critic for New York Magazine, dropped 3 big stars on Philly export Han Dynasty, which recently opened up shop in the East Village. Platt called Chiang's version of Sichuan cuisine "fresh and nuanced," giving two stars for the food and one for price point and atmosphere. As usual, Han's ridiculousy affordable and adventurous $20 tasting menu was a highlight for Platt as well. Congrats, Han! [Eater NY via Grub Street]
