Jose Garces' Rosa Blanca Will Look Like This

While we await the arrival of Iron Chef Jose Garces' Cuban diner, Rosa Blanca, we thought it would be fun to show you the artist renderings for what it should look like when they finally cut the ribbon at 707 Chestnut Street. Right now they're shooting for an early November opening date, but as always, that timeframe is liquid depending on construction and setbacks.

Chef Yun Fuentes has been tapped to be executive chef of Rosa Blanca, and will be executing the menu—made up mostly of Cuban comfort food—which we posted a little while back. The diner will be open every morning at 7:00 a.m. for breakfast, and they'll serve lunch and dinner, as well.
