Laura Viegas' first restaurant, Cook & Shaker has set their opening date for Thursday, November 7. Located at 2301 East Albert Street, the 55-seat space will be serving up elevated comfort food on the Kensington/Fishtown border, and featuring plenty of craft beers and cocktails to wash it all down.
