The Green Eggs Café Midtown crew has been slowly but surely building back up their customer base since that thing happened that should never be mentioned again. In an effort to gain a whole new group of fans, owners William Bonforte and Stephen Slaughter have decided to launch night-time service each and every day of the week.

Beginning on Wednesday, October 16th, Green Eggs Café will stay open from 4 p.m. until 10 p.m. on weekdays, and until midnight on weekends. Considering their only other competition in that area for late night food is Little Pete's and IHOP, it should be a pretty big hit. The menu will be the exact same as breakfast and lunch, which is great news as some places have a special (which means extremely limited) menu for the later hours. After all, what better dish is there to satiate the beer munchies than the beasty Kitchen Sink.
