The latest addition to the Tria family opened over the weekend in Rittenhouse, and it's looking seriously sleek. The real story here is the draft system, which is a thing of beauty. Our pals at Drink Philly have a great rundown of all the tech going on at the new spot, if you geek out on that kind of thing. The short story: beer, wine, cider, and soda are available across 40 taps, and the Bevchek system puts it all online for you, including a status report on exactly how much is left in each keg.
Whereas the menu at the other Tria spots focuses on great cheese and other cold preparations, you'll find more substantial food at the taproom. Think a variety of flatbreads and elevated takes on pub grub like wings, fries, and ribs.
