The Southern comfort-heavy brunch menu at Rex 1516 has received a minor overhaul. To supplement standards like huevos rancheros and shrimp and grits, chef Justin Swain has added a chicken and waffles benedict, bananas foster French toast, and a new iteration of biscuits and gravy.
