A Final Note From Eater Philly Editor Collin Flatt

Today is my last day in the driver's seat of Eater Philly, and I can't thank you all enough for reading my regurgitation of pressers, canonization of Hop Sing Laundromat, obvious man-love for sexy Jason Cichonski, and—every once in a while—the tiniest bit of pseudo-journalism. The blog will be taken over by the very lovely and capable Carly Szkaradnik, who comes to us from the Citypaper.

I would like to thank all of the chefs, bartenders, servers, GMs, moguls, and everyone else that sat through an interview, helped make a list, smiled for a photo, or gave us some "off the record" dirt in our daily grind to keep you good people informed and entertained.

A special thanks goes out to our fearless leader, Lock Steele (who missed his calling as a James Bond villain with that name, and instead decided to slum it with us lowly bloggers) and my managing editor, Amanda Kludt, who doesn't get the love she deserves for helping us shape the content and keep a consistency across the Eater universe. And a massive kudos, as well as a thank you, to my dearly departed contributor Allison Stadd, who left us for Danny Meyer's universe as a marketing honcho for Shake Shack.

Lastly, and most importantly, I want to thank all of the readers who keep coming back each and every day, and for the commenters who help stir up the pot and keep people talking and laughing. Please keep coming back for Carly, who is starting on Monday, and keep stirring up the pot, too, as Eater Philly wouldn't exist without all of you. Cheers.
