This week was the final week of Harvard's 2013 Science and Cooking public lecture series, and as always, Eater Boston's Rachel Leah Blumenthal was there to recap the talk in tremendous detail (she's a food writer and a trained scientist and yes, envy is a perfectly rational response here). The final night featured Jack Bishop and Dan Souza from Cook's Illustrated with a talk titled "The Accidental Chemist," which served to ground and wrap up several months' worth of lectures. If you like to geek out over cooking, you might as well plunk down and devour all of the recaps. [-EN-] [Photo: Rachel Leah Blumenthal]
