Paris Bistro in Chestnut Hill is almost ready, with plans to open between Christmas and New Year's. The Paris in question is industry vet Al Paris, who also owns Heirloom), though as you can see from the rendering above, they really ran with the classic Parisian bistro concept.
The location is in the old Chestnut Hill Hotel, in a spot that was once home to an iteration of the fondue chain Melting Pot. To complete the theme, a jazz club is planned downstairs from the restaurant, but will open later in 2014.
