Many commenters have been dubious about the menus at the newly revamped Boot and Saddle (largely owing to the notable but not total lack of meat), but perhaps they'll be willing to give it a chance now that it's been given such a ringing endorsement from City Paper's Adam Erace. Although the service, setting, and table surface area were not exactly flawless (it is a bar and music venue, after all), Erace gave high marks to all of the food — even the turkey burger on brioche, which he approached with understandable skepticism.
