The Insider is reporting that Nicole Marquis, owner of HipCityVeg, is opening a vegan bar called Charlie Was A Sinner at 131 S. 13th St., which used to be home to the Full Moon Saloon. Word came out earlier this year that the space had been bought by developer Allan Domb, with rumors that Marquis was attached. Construction is set to start tomorrow, with interior design Canno Design, the same firm that recently worked on Tela's Market and Kitchen and Taqueria Feliz. [Insider]
