Owner Steve Laurence tells Eater that Vegan Commissary, which will replace Lil Snuff's Luncheonette, is set to open for dinner tomorrow, December 27.
The focus is on affordable and seasonal vegan food, with a blackboard menu that will change regularly. The Commissary will be open for dinner four nights a week, with brunch on weekends. Below, you'll find the opening menu and the full breakdown of business hours (there's a holiday schedule through January 5, at which point they'll settle into a regular routine).

Friday 12/27 and Saturday 12/28 - dinner 5 to 10 p.m.
Sunday 12/29 - brunch 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Monday 12/30 - Closed
Tuesday 12/31 - noon to 8 p.m. (Regular menu with brunch and sandwich additions)

Thursday 1/2 and Friday 1/3 - dinner 5 to 10 p.m.
