The Insider is reporting that Chris Scarduzio finally took ownership of the former Artisan Boulanger Patissier at 12th and Morris Streets. While the original news reported stated that Scarduzio was going to open an Italian seafood joint, the final concept has yet to be solidified.
Artisan Boulanger now has 90 days to complete their move down the street to 1218 Mifflin Street, where they will be expanding their menu and daily bakery offerings in a shiny new space. All that anyone really cares about, though, is that they keep making those pistachio turnovers. Which they will.
