Foobooz is reporting that a PLCB application has shown up in the window of the former Rum Bar (2005 Walnut Street) with Tria's Jon Myerow listed as the applicant. Whether Myerow plans to open another Tria in that space isn't clear, but there's already one on 18th and Walnut, so it's likely that this is another concept. [Foobooz]
