West Philly's Zocalo didn't bounce back after Gordon Ramsay did his very best to scream it into shape. The Insider is reporting that the liquor license has expired and the phone has been shut off, which is as good a sign as any that it's all over over there. It's a shame, too, as the family is one of the sweetest in the business, and they'll be sorely missed by their regulars and the neighborhood. [The Insider]
