Voting for round 3 of Hottest Chef in Philly starts now! This round features: Michael Schulson of Sampan, Marc Vetri at Vetri, Konstantinos Pitsillides of Kanella, and Jeff Michaud of Osteria.

Remember, each poll will be open for one hour. Then, the winners from today's individual rounds will go head to head in the finals, and then tomorrow it's a city vs. city competition for the crown.
