This weekend, local comedian Kevin Hart will be hosting Saturday Night Live. And, make no mistake, Hart loves Philly. And you know who doesn't love Philly? Seth Meyers, who ripped on our beloved city in a segment discussing PYT's bacon-made taco shell.
