It looks like Iron Chef Jose Garces' next restaurant, Volver, has hit a few snags and won't be open until Fall of this year. Grub Street is reporting that overruns in construction costs have put the restaurant in a tough spot, but they've figured out some workarounds, and things are in order now for the project to move forward. Construction will be full steam ahead in March, with the Garces Restaurant Group hopeful for a September opening. [Grub Philly]
